About us
Meet Wes Norris
James Wes Norris, known to most as Wes, has been behind the chair since 1977, bringing nearly five decades of experience to every cut. Before joining Lee Highway Barber & Style Shop, he owned Mr. Bob’s Barber Shop in East Brainerd, where he built a loyal following of clients who have stayed with him ever since.
Wes joined Lee Highway Barber & Style Shop in March 2023 and took over as owner in 2024. His commitment to skilled, dependable service and the relationships he has built over the years are the foundation of the shop today.
Outside the shop, Wes also operates Norris Tree Service, which has been in business for 55 years, since 1971. Whether it’s a haircut or a tree that needs to come down, he brings the same hard work and reliability to every job.
A devoted husband and proud grandfather of three, Wes values family, community, and the people he serves. He is welcoming new clients and would love to add a few more to his books. Stop in, settle into the chair, and experience the care and craftsmanship that come with a lifetime in the trade.
